Pure Maple Syrup in Jugs Choose between Grade A - "Medium Amber", "Dark Amber" or "Light Amber" Maple Syrup.  The Choice between "Medium, Dark and Light Amber" is a matter of taste. If you are unfamiliar with the difference, most people prefer the "Medium Amber". If you prefer a stronger maple flavor we recommend the "Dark Amber".

Cooking Syrup - Grade B We are pleased to offer our cooking syrup in a variety of sizes.  Cooking Syrup, also know as Grade B, is the darkest of the syrups.  The Grade B syrup has a very strong, robust flavor that carriers through in cooking and baking.
